Every Step Toward Mental Health Is a Step Closer to a Better Life. Your Mind Deserves Peace and Care

Supportive care for teens, young adults and couples

I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (License No. 17717) working under the supervision of Jaclyn Birdsall (License No. 133678). I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, adults, and couples. I take an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, believing that every client is unique and the expert on their own experiences. I offer a safe and supportive space where my client can feel comfortable opening up about whatever’s on their mind. Together, we explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be causing distress, so each client can work through challenges and move toward their personal goals.

In session, you can expect a non-judgmental and welcoming environment where you can express your authentic self. I strive to foster rapport through a balance of both humor and conversation. Together, I will help you gain deeper insights into both yourself and your surroundings. I see patients virtually from anywhere in California or at my office in Long Beach.

Not quite sure what you’re looking for? No problem! Let’s connect for a free 10 to 15 minute consultation to talk things through and see if we’d be a good match.
